Traveling and admiring landscapes that were constantly changing fascinated me, and it still never tires me out—on the contrary. I often feel a sense of frustration when I can’t follow inviting roads full of promises due to a lack of time, or when I can’t heed road signs that point to hidden wonders.
That day, too, there was little time, and many black pipes blocked my way from getting down from the scaffolding of the Ronzo Chienis bell tower we were reinforcing.
But through some gaps in the safety nets, I was still able to jot down the thousand shades of green and blue of the surrounding forests. I had also noted three red drapes with changing reflections that had left an impression on me as I passed through the parsonage.
