\nA mere reproduction, no matter how good quality, necessarily returns a poorer version of a work.
\nThe ripples and textural effects<\/b> that I achieve through the application of several layers of pigmented papers and acrylic spatula paints are particularly important in my stylistic research but not effectively reproducible through screen printing or polymateric printing techniques<\/strong>.

I believe that in art, abstract or figurative it does not matter, essence\/concept and form\/matter are inseparable<\/b>, so a meaning was there if the multiple found a way to be a new “form of being”<\/b> of the same visual representation.
I sought and found a way of \u201cautonomous\u201d material rendering, with characteristics that, I believe, give a different and absolutely appreciable relief to the subjects<\/strong>. That is why I like to think of them precisely as \u201cAlternative Originals\u201d<\/b>. <\/p>\n

The first step was to find a high-quality technical solution that could preserve at least the graphic sense of the textures that characterize my works. Fortunately, there is 3D scanning technology, now widely used by museum and related institutions, that allowed me to solve this point with excellent results. <\/p>\n

The soft, iridescent surface expands the color play of the juxtapositions and overlays, and its reflections manage to give that vital quid that I was so much looking for<\/b>.
\nPersonally, I am very satisfied with the result and also with being able to retain an additional stamp of uniqueness in the handcrafted custom-made frames as well as in the framing that I perform by hand. Precisely because I consider them to be \u201calternative originals,\u201d I set their maximum number at 9<\/b> and personally certify them<\/b> .[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text admin_label=”impressioni” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” module_alignment=”left” custom_css_main_element=”width:100%;” global_colors_info=”{}”]In the Martec Gallery in Verona, at Artemente Gallery in Jesolo some multiples as well as original works are on display.
